Where are my notes stored?

Notes are stored locally on your device. Jotleaf does not require an account or developer-operated cloud service.

Does Jotleaf work offline?

Yes. Everyday note creation, editing, organization, and search are designed to work without an internet connection.

How do I back up a note?

Use Jotleaf's export or share options when available, then save the copy somewhere you control.

How do I delete my data?

Delete notes in Jotleaf. To remove all local app data, use Android's app storage controls or uninstall the app. Exported copies must be removed from their destination separately.

Can AaX recover deleted notes?

No. Because the developer does not operate a note-storage server, AaX cannot view or recover notes from your device.
